The terms of use for the service. By using the service letitbit.net, you agree to the terms of use described below. Use of the service without agreement is prohibited.

Basic Principles

  1. The user is not allowed to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  2. The user must not use the service for spreading information which violates the international laws or laws of any country, which violates anyone's intellectual property, is a crack or illegal version of any type of programming, viruses or any other kind of malicious software products.
  3. The user is not allowed to use the service to create or disseminate unwanted e-mail messages (spam), icq spam messages and any other types of spam sendings.
  4. The files that the user shares on the service are the user's responsibility alone.
  5. The service takes no responsibility for the content of the files downloaded thereon and also does not moderate it manually. The service immediately deletes files when legitimate complaints are received from a third party.
  6. The service also does not check the files for viruses and other malicious software and is not liable in case those kinds of files are received through the service letitbit.net
  7. The administration reserves the right to delete any file from the service as it sees fit.
  8. The period of file storage is unlimited while as long as you abide by the rules of storage. Files can be deleted in the event of a legitimate complaint from a third party or because of absence of file usage for a specified period of time. For more information about storage time periods you can read "FAQ" section "for participants of partnership program".
  9. It is strictly forbidden to use programs that in any way imitate download of files, receiving of links for file downloads without viewing the download page; or in any other ways violate the normal service of Letitbit.net.
  10. It is strictly forbidden to use programs that sort out the number of files or in any other way create an abnormal server load. IP addresses of the violator will be banned including a ban on the entire sub-network.
  11. The use of the service for downloading programs which receive links to files without the user visiting the download page (such as RapidGet, USDownloader, etc.) is prohibited.
  12. It is a violation to place any kind of materials on the service that fall under the following categories: harmful to minors in any form, including child pornography; any kind of materials or information that violate the rights of third parties to any kind of patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other property rights; any kind of materials that contain pornography (including animals), violence, and any other kind of materials of this nature. Service letitbit.net prohibits publication of materials and links of service on sites that contain illegal materials, as well as any other forms of materials and information transfer that are provided to encourage illegal or obscene acts, including: gambling; illegal weapon sales; advertising or publication of materials that may violate a set of laws on sexism and racism. The service letitbit.net reserves the right to immediately suspend or completely block any account or transaction that violates this agreement without notice. In addition, in case of violation of user agreement by client, the service letitbit.net will actively assist law enforcement agencies and representatives of the Government in collecting and providing information about the client; about the client`s site; illegal or obscene information content; about individuals who are capable to possess or get an access to information, or try to use illegal or obscene information content. Complaints against those who violate the rules of the user agreement are being accepted by e-mail: abuse@letitbit.net. Each complaint will be reviewed and, depending on the type of violation, may lead to banning the user from further service without any prior notice.
  13. Premium (Gold) account gives you the opportunity to receive daily links to files that are located in our service as long as the total amount does not exceed 10 gigabytes.
  14. It is strictly forbidden to use the services intended to cheat statistics of our service.
  15. It is strictly forbidden to give your Gold-Account to third parties (friends, relatives). The Administration reserves the right to delete this kind of Gold-Account.
  16. It is prohibited to have more than one account of service without prior agreement of the Administration.
  17. The Administration reserves the right to immediately suspend or delete your webmaster account in order to improve the quality of service or for any other legitimate reasons without any explanation.
  18. In case the premium account will be used within the next 24 hours from 10 different IP ranges or in case these addresses will belong to more than 5 Internet providers, the account will be banned and the owner of the premium key will get a new premium key and 30% deduction of his points. In order to avoid it please don't use on your computer software, which changes your IP address, also don't give your premium key or download links to third parties. Use decent anti-virus software.
  19. It is strictly forbidden to use letitbit.net as the source files for other file-sharing services (except for file-hostings RapidShare.com, Vip-File.com, Sms4file.com, ShareFlare.net).
  20. We reserve the right to change this service agreement at any time. We also reserve the right at any time to modify or stop services, with or without notice, for a specified time period or indefinitely. You agree that letitbit.net does not bind itself to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of Services. You agree that we can establish common rules and limits concerning the use of the service, including the maximum disk space that will be allotted to you on servers of letitbit.net, the maximum number of usages (and its maximum duration) to services in a given period of time. Also, you agree that letitbit.net has the right, without any notice, to change the fees for the use of this service. However, any change in rates for use of services will only take effect after the expiration of the existing customer subscription.
  21. To prevent fraud, we have a limit for buying premium keys through SMS of two premium keys per 24 hours
  22. We reserve the right to ban the user's account indefinitely if our terms of service are repeatedly violated.
